4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Your Healing and Trust Are Our Top Priorities​. However we understand that life happens. Here’s our clear cancelation and refund policy:
 

Cancellation:

  • Clients must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • Failure to notify within this period will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

 

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for any completed sessions or digital products.

  • Refunds are only issued if we cancel a session from our side, and an alternate date is not possible.

  • For coaching programs or packages, partial refunds are not available once the program has started.

 

Exceptions:

  • In cases of emergencies or technical failure, we may offer a one-time rescheduling at our discretion.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

For Digital Services & Products (eBooks, Meditations, Courses):

  • Delivery is via email/download link within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If you do not receive your file, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours.

 

For Physical Products (Crystals, Tools, etc.):

  • We currently ship within India only and take orders on WhatsApp or Social Media.

  • Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery time may vary by location.

  • Shipping costs will be mentioned along with the cost of the product (separately as Product Cost + Shipping + Packing Cost) when placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier partners.
